1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "brummy" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated under the domain brummy.onl, including all associated products, features, and services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the brummy platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the brummy platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, promotional, and support services offered by brummy.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a player using real-money funds from their account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free bets, or promotional amounts added to a player's account as part of a brummy promotion or offer.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of the brummy platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on brummy, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all use of the brummy platform, including use via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other access method.

brummy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via the email address registered on their account or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of brummy after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the brummy platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an active brummy account in your own name or under any alias.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the brummy platform.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not for any commercial or business purpose.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. brummy reserves the right to verify any information provided and to close accounts where false or misleading information has been submitted. Any winnings or bonuses accrued on an account opened with fraudulent information will be void and forfeited.

4. Account Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on brummy. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. brummy may merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and retain any balances associated with those accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted on your account. You must keep your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) strictly confidential at all times. brummy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify brummy immediately by contacting [email protected]. brummy may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable unless the associated wagering requirements have been fully met prior to the closure request.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

brummy accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. brummy does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. brummy may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is not optional. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed within your account dashboard. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three working days.

brummy reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the player will be notified and the account placed under review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

brummy offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. These specific bonus terms are communicated at the time the offer is made and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless otherwise specified by the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full stated wagering requirement has been met.

brummy reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or exploiting system errors — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account permanently closed.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. brummy reserves the right to decline to offer any bonus or promotional offer to any player at its absolute discretion, including players who have been identified as low-risk, professional, or advantage-play gamblers.

7. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on brummy — including live casino games, slots, crash games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that specific game or market.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). brummy reserves the right to void any bet where the market was opened in error, where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where the integrity of an event is under question.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension will remain valid unless otherwise stated in the applicable market rules. brummy is not responsible for technical failures that prevent a player from placing or amending a bet during in-play events.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the brummy platform and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software robots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Using the brummy platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or fraud.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the brummy platform.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Responsible Gaming

brummy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following self-service tools, accessible directly from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of six months.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. brummy applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brummy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated winnings. brummy's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13. Governing Law

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the brummy platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. 14. Amendments
